The City of Carmel, Indiana, Strives to Address Vision for the Future

Carmel, Indiana, has been one of the fastest growing communities in the nation during the last decade and was listed as one of the top ten places to live in the Midwest by Money magazine.

Carmel’s Department of Community Services’ Division of Planning and Zoning facilitates the City’s growth and development with responsibilities ranging from long-range planning, administration and upkeep of the 2020 Comprehensive Plan, population projections, land use analysis – to name a few.
